Rulebook
Section I: Registration
- 1.1 - Registration is open to any individual owning at least one Arabian or Half-Arabian horse
- 1.2 - Unprompt registration renewal will result in termination of membership
- 1.3 - Terminated members may re-join registry by paying full new registration fees
- 1.4 - Members terminated on grounds of disgrace are terminated for life
- 1.5 - You must be registered and have all registration fees paid up to show in any RAR sanctioned event.
- 1.6 - Only Members in good standing will be permitted to show in RAR sanctioned events.
Section II: Purebred Stock
- 2.1 - Purebred Arabians may contain no less then 100% Arabian blood
- 2.2 - Bay, brown, black, chestnut & grey will be the only recognized colors
- 2.3 - Solid, roan & sabino will be the only recognized patterns
Section III: Partbred Stock
- 3.1 - Partbred Arabians must contain between 50% - 99% Arabian blood
- 3.2 - All colors and patterns are permitted as registerable
- 3.3 - The RAR recognizes the following breeds: Araloosa (Arabian X Appaloosa)
Anglo-Arabian (Arabian X Thoroughbred)
Arabian Warmblood (Arabian X Warmblood)
Morab (Arabian X Morgan)
National Show Horse (Arabian X Saddlebred)
Pintabian (99.21875% Arabian blood with tobiano markings)
Quarab (Arabian X Quarter Horse)
Section IV: Disciplinary Action
- 4.1 - Any broken rule results in a fine and warning
- 4.2 - Repeat offenders will be terminated for life
- 4.3 - The following offenses will result in immediate termination: Attempting to show a partbred as purebred
Attempting to show a non-Arabian
Drug useage on stock
Abuse or neglect of stock
Section V: Competition
- 1.1 - The RAR will host regular rated, regional and national events
- 1.2 - Occasional schooling events that offer no points will be held free of charge
- 1.3 - Only RAR sanctioned events are eligible for point rewards
- 1.4 - The RAR will sanction events hosted by members if believed to be beneficial
- 1.5 - Major events will include Scottsdale, Nationals & Buckeye
